Returns and Exchange Policy

Please read carefully.  Measure carefully - order the correct item the first time.  You are responsibile to pay for shipping on returns and exchanges.

Returns - All products purchased from BraceShack.com may be returned in their original, unused condition, in the original packaging for a  refund minus a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price within14 days of receipt of your order. All original manufacturers labels and parts must be intact and the product has not been used in any way or it will not be accepted for return. 

If you would like to return a purchase, please send an email to: returns@braceshack.com , please give your name and order #, and state that you wish to make a return and request a Return Authorization #. We will obtain the RA# for you, and forward the RA# with the manufacturer's shipping address to you. The RA# must be displayed on the outside of the product box or on the shipping label. A  product returned to the manufacturer without a pre-assigned RA# will not be accepted by them.

Returns must be shipped via prepaid insured, traceable delivery (such as UPS or FedEx).  The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment to: returns@braceshack.com so we can advise the manufacturer that your return has been shipped.  All shipping and handling costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.   Once received by the manufacturer your credit card will be credited the for the purchase price minus the restocking fee, this process normally takes about three weeks.

 
Exhanges - All products purchased through Braceshack.com may be exchanged in their original, unused condition, in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.  All manufacturers labels and parts must be intact and the product has not been used in any way. 
 
The only way to make an exchange is to re-order your correct product on the braceshack.com website, then send an email to: exchanges@braceshack.com,  please give your name and order # and tell us you wish to make the exchange and request a 
Return Authorization Number (RA#). 
 
We will obtain the RA# for you, email you the number along with the manufacturers shipping address. You are responsible for the shipping  costs. The RA# must be displayed on the shipping label or on the box. Any products sent back to the manufacturer without the RA# displayed will be returned to you.

After your exchange is received by the manufacturer, your credit card will be credited, this normally takes three weeks to process.

 

Refused Shipments-  If a package is refused by the customer and sent back, it is considered a return and will be subject to the 25% restocking fee.  If the buyer cannot be reached, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus the restocking fee,  shipping fees are not refundable.
